1. Who is responsible for your data

RadX is the data controller for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

Contact form. When you send us a message we receive the name, email address and message text you type, plus the address of the page you sent it from. Nothing on this form is optional-but-hidden: what you see is what we get.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every request, including your IP address, the time, the page requested and your browser type. These logs exist to keep the site running and secure.

Nothing else. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no advertising or social tracking, and does not build a profile of you. See our Cookie Policy.

3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

• To answer your enquiry. Basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us.
• To keep the site available and secure. Basis: our legitimate interest in operating and protecting our own infrastructure.
• To meet legal obligations where a law requires us to keep or disclose something.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who else processes it

We use a small number of service providers. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes.

• Web3Forms — delivers contact form submissions to our inbox. It receives the contents of the form at the moment you submit it.
• Vercel — hosts this website and keeps the server logs described above.
• Google Fonts — serves the typefaces used on this site. Your browser requests the font files directly from Google, which means Google receives your IP address and the page you are viewing. No cookies are set by this.
• Our email provider — stores the message once it reaches [email protected].

5. Where your data goes

The providers above operate outside Albania, including in the United States and the European Union. Where data leaves Albania or the European Economic Area, it is transferred under the safeguards those providers offer, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and to maintain a record of our correspondence, and then deleted. If your enquiry becomes a project, the data moves into that client relationship and is kept for as long as our contract and accounting obligations require. Server logs are kept for the short period our host retains them.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to give you a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider in a portable format. Where we rely on legitimate interest, you can object to that use. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it at any time without affecting what we did before you withdrew it.

Write to [email protected] and we will respond within the period the law allows, normally one month.

8. Complaints

We would rather hear from you first, but you have the right to complain to the Albanian supervisory authority, the Commissioner for the Right to Information and Protection of Personal Data (IDP), at idp.al. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may instead complain to the supervisory authority where you live. This site is operated in line with Albanian personal data protection law and, where it applies to you, the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

9. Changes

If we change how this site handles personal data, we will update this page and move the date at the top. Material changes will be described here rather than made quietly.
