Terms of Service
Last updated: 10 August 2026
These terms govern your use of radx.app. By browsing the site or sending us a message you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1. Who we are
RadX is a software company based at Rr. Ndre Mjeda, Tirane, Albania. You can reach us at [email protected] or +355 69 701 7060.
2. This site is not an offer
Everything on this website — service descriptions, case studies, indicative pricing and articles — is published for general information. It does not constitute a binding offer, a quotation, or professional advice for your particular situation. Any work RadX carries out for you is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement, and where that agreement conflicts with this page, the agreement wins.
3. Using the site
You agree not to:
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site or any system behind it;
- interfere with its normal operation, including by automated scraping that degrades performance;
- use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive or deceptive content, or spam;
- misrepresent who you are when contacting us.
4. Intellectual property
The RadX name, logo, page copy and design of this site belong to RadX or are used under licence. You may read, print and share pages for your own reference. You may not republish them commercially, present them as your own, or reuse the design or code without our written permission. Product and company names mentioned on the site belong to their respective owners.
5. Accuracy and availability
We take care to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of errors or that it will always be available. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice.
6. Links to other sites
Where we link to a third party — a social network, a map, a partner — we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content or its handling of your data. Their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave ours.
7. Liability
To the extent the law allows, RadX is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost data or business interruption arising from your use of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Albania. Disputes that cannot be resolved between us fall to the competent courts of Tirana.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version published here is the one that applies.
